The Kucera Companies currently has an exciting opportunity for a Property Assistant to assist in managing the day to day operations of a portfolio of suburban office buildings in NW Austin. The ideal candidate is someone with exceptional organization skills and strong attention to detail. He or she must be able to manage numerous tasks simultaneously and adapt well to constantly changing environments.
Responsibilities include maintenance of tenant files, tenant contact lists and parking layouts, generating of tenant memos, parking agreements and service contracts, placing work order requests for tenants in the Angus work order system, coding of payables, preparation of move-in/move-out materials for tenants, tracking and maintenance of tenant Certificates of Insurance and processing of tenant billbacks.
Minimum qualifications include 3 years related experience and/or training with a thorough knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook. He or she should also have a proven history of high level of responsibility and accountability.
